Nintendo 3DS just on sale in Europe last weekend, but encountered a difficult problem at the beginning. Many 3DS Users complained in the forum that they were playing the game suddenly encountered a black screen death problem.

According to players, they encountered black screen in different situations, some in the play “Super Monkey Ball 3D”, some are playing “Super Street Fighter IV 3D version” … … from the screenshot you can clearly see the status of 3DS’s black screen.

Nintendo subsequently had responded it on EuroGamer website, acknowledge the extensive report Bug did exist, and suggested that the players encountered this problem upgrade to the latest system.

“If you have a problem with Nintendo 3DS, we recommend that you first download and install the latest system update that has now published online. If the problem persists, we suggest you contact your local Nintendo service center to further investigate the problem.”
